What is soft tissue therapy?
Soft tissue therapy is a hands-on therapeutic approach that targets muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and other connective tissues. It is used to assess and treat pain, dysfunction, and movement restrictions associated with chronic pain conditions, work-related musculoskeletal disorders (such as those linked to prolonged desk or computer work), and general physical discomfort.
Soft tissue therapy plays a role in injury prevention, injury recovery, and pre/rehabilitation surrounding surgery.

Treatment may include techniques such as manual pressure, deep tissue massage, stretching, and movement-based interventions to reduce tissue tension, improve circulation, support tissue healing, and optimise functional movement.
