I am a qualified soft tissue massage therapist with a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy from the London School of Sports Massage. With more than a decade of training and professional experience in dance and musical theatre, I bring expertise in the dancer/actor's body. 

 

I will always take a warm, personable approach to treatment and I am passionate about empowering clients to feel motivated, confident, and more connected to their bodies. I really understand how deeply pain can affect daily life and work to provide tailored relief and support—whether the goal is enhancing performance, speeding up recovery, or simply moving with greater ease and comfort.
